5 Days Vegetarian Ready Meal Plan - $75 ($15/meal)

• For our vegetarian menu, you may select either Keto, Flexi-Low Carb or Mixed diet plan. (kindly select under menu selection if you like full keto, flexi low carb or Mixed vegetarian menu)
• Keto aka Ketogenic diet uses keto-friendly ingredients and good healthful natural fats to achieve high fat and very low carbohydrates diet. Such as cauliflower, oat fibre konjac, konjac product are use as staple replacement and sweetener replacement such as erythritol, monkfruit or allulouse to replace sugar. This help to deplete the body of it sugar/glucose reserves and help burn fats in your body. Idea for diabetic prone individual, healthy weight loss and undergoing Intermittent Fasting.
• Flexi-Carb simply refer to "Low-Carb" within a maximum of 30g (net carbs) and using only natural & organic carb ingredients (such as sweet potato, pumpkin, wild rice, bulgur etc)
• Select no. of meals you like to receive for the 5 days. eg if select 1meal/day, you will receive 5 meals a week. *by default, all meals will be delivered in a single delivery*
• For macros driven option, kindly select more meals to meet your daily required macros needed
• Mixed Menu Selection - Pls indicate how many meals from each menu you will like to have and inform us of any specific meals you will like from respective menu
• Delivery fee - $12/trip. Total 1 delivery (Select additional delivery if you like to split your meals delivery)

- For Split Delivery option - $10/trip/week. (eg under 1 meal/day plan - 3meals will be delivered on Monday & 2meals will be delivered on Thursday)
